Gloria Lyon

Hi, my name is Gloria Lyon and I am the host of Gloria - From the Heart. Several years ago I began working on the idea of creating a talk show aimed at a Christian and secular audience promoting a Godly view of contemporary issues. In my mind this includes everything from marriage and parenting ­ to interior decorating and fashion ­ to exercise and nutrition ­ to finances and current events ­ and on and on. Our community is rich with fascinating places and extraordinary people. Our plan is to bring our audience along as we meet Christian people and discover their journey and how they approach life and work in a Christian context.

My faith walk began in India where I was born to missionary parents. I gave my life to Christ when I was six and was baptised at fifteen. But life had its challenges for me as I fought obesity and depression growing up. Through the power of God¹s word and prayer I found a deeper understanding of being in Christ, and experienced emotional healing ­ and a desire to share this with others.
